Summary
This dataset includes the municipality data of population by age groups and sex, which is edited by truestar based on the data of the national census 2015 and 2020.

Features/Usages
This dataset contains social and demographic statistics in the unit of Japanese municipalities. Population data is provided for each sex and 5-year age group (e.g., 20-24 years old, 25-29 years old), therefore you can easily filter out and obtain demographic data of specific age group and sex.
You can also easily combine this data with other datasets at Snowflake Data Marketplace such as “CITY 00 FUNDAMENTAL” released by using “CITY CODE”.
