Summary
This dataset includes the point data of posted land prices, which is edited by truestar based on the railway data of Digital National Land Information provided by MLIT – Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

Features/Usages
With an aim to provide reference for evaluating transaction price of land, the official land price data which show the land price per square meter as of January 1st every year has been published by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan. This dataset holds time-series land price information and the latest attribute information of the land at about 26,000 points nationwide, allowing users to compare land price between different areas in Japan.Similar to raw data, time-series data is stored as a record horizontally.
The data that holds the time-series land price information vertically is shared in a separate table named POINT_POSTED_LAND_PRICE_TIME_SERIES. The above table can be used together with this data by joining using column PODB_LAND_PRICE_ID.
Please note that due to the data structure, all the land attribute data associated with each year’s record will become the latest year’s data when being merged.
