Estimated using a smoothing method based on survey point data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's National Land Numerical Information Download Service (FY2023 Official Land Price, FY2023 Prefectural Land Price Survey) — approximately 26,000 Official Land Price points and 21,000 Prefectural Land Price Survey points.
