Features/Usages

The data of the average annual values is released by the Japan Meteorological Agency along with weekly weather forecasts. The average annual values are the average temperature (in units of 0.1℃) and precipitation (in units of 1mm) observed at the forecast location over the past 30 years (1991-2020), and are updated every 10 years. By associating it with the prefectural forecast area code, it can be easily combined and analyzed with JMA_FORECAST_WEATHER_1WEEK and other data.
