This dataset is a truestar processed and integrated dataset of household composition by family type in each town and village based on the 2015 and 2020 national censuses published on the government statistics e-Stat website.

This is a social and demographic statistics dataset by town and ward. It includes a column for “household family type” as household attribute information. “Household family type” is classified into four categories, such as “nuclear family households” and “single-person households,” and each classification holds statistical information such as household population and number of households.
It can easily be linked with other datasets such as “Basic data by town and ward in Japan” deployed on Snowflake Data Marketplace using the “11-digit address code.”
