In light of the operational costs associated with expanding our services across multiple regions, we will be making changes to the supported regions and usage terms, effective as outlined below.

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Updated Provision Policy

• For selected regions, including Japan (see list below), the service will continue to be available free of charge.

• For all other regions, starting September 1, 2025, the service will be offered on a paid basis.

• Users wishing to continue usage in paid regions will be required to complete a contract and payment process in advance.

  • ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo)
  • ap-northeast-3 (Osaka)
  • us-east-1 (N. Virginia)

GCP
  • us-central 1 (Iowa)

Azure
  • Japan East (Tokyo, Saitama)
  • East US 2 (Virginia)

Action Required

If your account is in one of the free regions listed above:

You can continue to use the service as before. No action is required.

If your account is in a region not listed above:

• The data sharing will automatically be discontinued when we perform the transition after September 1, 2025, and the service will no longer be accessible.

• If you would like to continue using the service, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Continue Using the Service (For Paid Regions)

1. Contact us through either of the following:
 - Inquiry form
 - Email: prepper@truestar.co.jp
2. Please complete the contract and payment process with truestar.
3. After the contract is finalized, we will re-share the data via the Private Sharing feature from our account.
4. Please ensure that your internal systems are updated to use the shared tables by September 1, 2025.
